The Ride of a Lifetime
The Route: Navigate a challenging and scenic 15-kilometer mountain trail that winds through rugged terrain, seasonal river crossings, and pristine game-viewing areas.
The Summit: Reach the mountain peak for truly magnificent panoramic views of Clarens and the vast Eastern Free State highlands.
Cultural Stop: Along the way, we visit a national monument cave featuring historical San rock art, where you can pause to soak in the silence of the mountains.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, our acclaimed guides ensure a safe, world-class experience. The tour lasts 2.5 to 3 hours, allowing ample time for our comprehensive test course, obstacle navigation, and plenty of photo opportunities.

4×4 Quad
Rain gear
We have five 4×4 quads available and each quad may take a passenger. Groups of more than 5 usually split up with riders and passengers.
The route is approximately 15 kilometers long, and takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours to complete depending on the size of the group and experience of the riders.
No driver’s license is required as there is no legal requirement to have a license in order to ride a quad.
